Moodle Technical Recommendations
Browsers
Moodle will work with any standards-compliant web browser. It has been tested with the following browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
It is recommended that you keep your browser up-to-date with the most recent version for your computer.
In addition, within your browser:
- javascript should be enabled
- pop-up windows should not be blocked for SCC's Moodle
Our version of Moodle does not support Internet Explorer 11
Mobile Browsers
Moodle is supported and tested on the following mobile browsers:
- Mobile Safari
- Chrome
These requirements only apply to using Moodle's core features, not to any external sites or services that instructors may link to or embed within their Moodle courses.
